	A Wind of Change II, 2005 Wind of Change II is a smaller version of Wind of Change, with only one fan. It’s located in front of a monitor showing the image of a field of wind power generators. The fan is controlled by timers and runs for two minutes. When the fan shuts down, the turbines on the screen slowly stop as well. After one minute they both start spinning again.
